This is a DHL door to door service for B2B or C2B segments to collect damage goods that need to be repaired, and return them to their final user.

Leg 1 .- DHL delivers an empty package
Leg 2 .- DHL collects the damage item and delivers it to the assigned repair plant/shop
Leg 3.- DHL collects the repaired item and delivers it to the final user.

The call center calls DHL and furnish details of pick up (owner of the item), address to deliver the item to be repaired

It is a similar service than 3 Leg Reapir and Return except that the delivery of the packaging and the collection of faulty item is done at the same time. This a 2 Legs service. It is used for repairs and replacements.

What is DHL BREAK BULK EXPRESS?

DHL BREAK BULK EXPRESS provides door-to-door delivery of shipments that are consolidated at origin, sent from one customs zone to another, then deconsolidated by DHL at destination and delivered to different addresses, all located within the same country or customs union. The consolidated shipment is cleared as one single shipment on entry to the destination country.

How does DHL BREAK BULK EXPRESS work?

Many individual shipments are combined under a single waybill at origin to create a single consolidated shipment

The consolidated shipment is “broken down” at the DHL facility in the destination country into individual shipments for onward transportation
The individual shipments are then delivered to the final consignees in the same country or customs union.
